Guided by two-time James Beard Award finalist Wes Avila in partnership with sbe, it honors the traditions of Baja while forging a path shaped by the Sonoran Desert. Among the cacti and rugged peaks, coastal inspiration meets regional agriculture in an evolution of Mexican flavors—from fresh aguachiles and flame-kissed grilled meats to unforgettable tacos on house-pressed tortillas. Warm terracotta tones, natural textures, and an airy patio create a relaxed backdrop for agave-forward cocktails and standout Mexican wines, grounding the entire experience in what grows, lives, and gathers in our Sonoran home.
